You will receive a receipt and donations are deductible. You may, if you wish, specify where you want your money to be spent and that request will be honored. Funds not specifically directed will be placed in the general fund and used at the discretion of the administration.

Donate items to our EBAY Auction so that we can keep our auction active all year long. Items should have a value of $25 or more. We

This is a way you can sign up your debit, credit and grocery store cards up, under our name, on line. Every time
you use your cards Northside receives a two percent of your total purchases contributed by the participating stores.
The site is secure and there is no additional cost to you. Just use your cards like you normally do and Northside
will benefit greatly. This one everyone can do at no risk and very little time commitment. Everyone who has to
buy groceries should help us in this way.
The facts are simple, if we sign up one hundred families, with a grocery store perfered customer card that would equal at 2% each purchase an estimated $14,000.00 per year to Northside.
The money is automatically deposited into our checking each month.
And all anyone did was to sign up a free perfered customer card. And then forget about it. If you chose to sign
up your other store cards or Visa Mastercard that's great. It just means more 2% and more of the best type of fundraising
I know of. It's a WIN! WIN! WIN! So, do it....please.
ESCRIP sign up directions
1. Log on to:
www.escrip.com & click sign up at the top of the page.
2. Enter Northside Theatre Company in the dialoge box, next to group I D and click search.
3. The search will return an entry for Northside Theatre Company. Click the Northside link, then click next.
4. Complete the required information on the contact form and click next.
5. Enter your grocery store club cards and click next.
6. Enter your credit or debit cards and click next.
7. Enter your Chevron card and click next.
8. Confirm the information you have entered and click confirm.
Needs Lists
Northside could be called a "Low Tech" operation. We make excellent use of what we have and although our computers, tools and office machines are outdated we operate quite efficiently. We believe that funds should be spent on the stage product.
We rely upon the generosity of our patrons for equipment necessary for the company's operation. Below is a list of needed items. If you would like to make an in-kind donation please call our office at (408) 288-7820, T-F between the hours of 12-5 PM. If local, we can pick up.
WISH / NEEDS LIST
Flat computer screens
Small sound board (handles three sets of speakers)
A DSL or something faster than dialup, internet conection.
Any working Laptop computers.....desperate need!!!
Small storage shed 12' x 12'
Digitial camera & Camrecorder
CD recorder & portable player
A floor waxer and stripper.
Skill saw. Chop saw, hammers, screw guns & small tools. In working condition. They don't have to be new but they do have to work.
100 pounds of coffee. Bottled water. Soda to sale at shows.
(2) 30 cup coffee pots
Free or discounted Printing Services
Any houses, automoblies, boats, planes, stocks or property.
Costumes: period pieces, men's suits & women's formal wear.
If you can donate any of the above items, you will be helping Northside Theatre Company to maintain its pursuit of excellence. All contributors are documented in the contributors section of our production program and all items are tax-deductible in accordance with the law. Any and all contributions are greatly appreciated.
